Application Packs for Britballrun 2009 will be available soon.
As an indication for BBR09, the Britballrun application fee for our 2008 event (£500 for two people) included the following:
Saturday 23rd August:
• Packed lunch for each Participant.
• Over-night accommodation (4-star) which will comprise shared room to accommodate the number of Participants in their Vehicle with en-suite facilities.
• Evening meal plus drink (limited) for each Participant.
• Opportunities to socialise in evening.Day-2 Sunday 24th August:
• Breakfast for each Participant.
• Packed lunch for each Participant.
• Over-night accommodation (4-star) which will comprise shared room to accommodate the number of Participants in their Vehicle with en-suite facilities.
• Evening meal plus drink (limited) for each Participant.
• Opportunities to socialise in evening.Day-3 Monday 25th August (mid-afternoon departure):
• Breakfast for each Participant.
• Packed lunch/Buffet for each Participant.
• Social event and main event presentation.The entrance fee also includes an apportioned cost for: vehicle graphics, navigators packs, hire of venues, legal costs, MSA and RSAC licence fees for running the Event and other arrangement costs for organising the Event, and includes exclusive right to participate in the Event.
How to Enter
Simply drop us an email requesting an application, we will then send you an Application Pack with all the event details this will include full event terms and conditions and rules. This describes the authorisation of the event, about our licence and importantly that Britballrun is not a race, please check out the rules for more info
